デザイン・ブログを持っている、人気のブロガーさんでもあります。

このふたりによるインスピレーションにあふれる
DIYブック “OK -omin käsin” が、フィンランドで好評発売中です。

本が入っていたバッグは、スザンナさんのデザインで
ご主人のユッシさんがCMYKISTÄVÄで、
ハンドプリントしている、Varpunenのオリジナル。

ハンドクラフトとデコレーションのアイデアがいっぱいの本書。
フィンランド語がわからなくても、
写真から、たくさんのことが伝わってきます。
食器にペイントしたり、コラージュしたりする、簡単アレンジから
アクセサリーや洋服、子どものおもちゃを手づくりしたり
照明やハンガーラック、収納家具まで、シンプルなアイデアでDIY！
幅広いアイテムのハンドメイドやカスタマイズが紹介されています。
その色使いや、プリントのモチーフの組み合わせには、
モダンでいながら、手のぬくもりを大事にしている
フィンランドの空気が感じられます。

“OK -omin käsin” is a brilliant source of inspiration for DIY and styling. The authors are Susanna Vento, a stylist and Riikka Kantinkoski, a photographer. They have very popular design blog Varpunen by Susanna and Weekday Carnival by Riikka.
Susanna sent this lovely book to PAUMES. The gift wrapping by her was just amazing! We were very excited when we opened that packaging. In addition we would like to introduce this sac. It's from Varpunen designed by Susanna and handprinted by Jussi, CMYKISTÄVÄ.
As turning each page of "OK" book, we can find lots of ideas which we want to try immediately. The wonderful combination of modern design and handmade.
Our first meeting with Susanna and Riikka was for the photo shooting of "Finland Children's Rooms". They invited us to their lovely kids' rooms. That cover photo is from Susanna's home.
